Marie Fitzwater is a State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Appraisal Associate with Eminent Valuations, PLLC. Ms. Fitzwater has more than 6 years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry and provides valuation and consulting services for a wide range of residential and complex property assignments throughout Florida. 

Her experience includes residential, multifamily, and non-residential appraisal assignments completed for lending, estate and probate matters, divorce proceedings, purchase and listing support, eminent domain, and non-disclosure settlement cases. Ms. Fitzwater has worked with attorneys, financial institutions, government agencies, appraisal management companies, real estate professionals, investors, and private property owners. 

Ms. Fitzwater is experienced in appraisal assignments completed in compliance with USPAP, FHA, VA, UAD, URA, and FDOT Supplemental Standards. Her background also includes appraisal review, paired sales analysis, market analysis, regression analysis, and complex residential property research. In addition to residential valuation assignments, she has assisted with eminent domain and right-of-way projects involving transportation and public infrastructure improvements throughout Florida. 

Ms. Fitzwater earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Organization from Eastern Florida State College and is currently pursuing her State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser designation.
