APPRAISAL EXPERIENCE:

Mrs. Tribbey is an Appraisal Associate of Eminent Valuations with over 11 years of experience in real estate appraisal. She is responsible for scoping appraisal assignments, performing field inspections, and conducting complex research. She conducts detailed administrative review of appraisal reports and performs as a project manager coordinating consultant and client communications. Mrs. Tribbey’s experience also includes the writing of the appraisal report in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, FDOT Supplemental Standards of Appraisal, and Yellow Book. Mrs.  Tribbey has completed appraisal assignments for both the public and private sector and has assisted with the successful completion of twenty-two eminent domain projects involving more than 300 acquisitions.
