Kathrine G. Tribbey is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Appraisal Associate with Eminent Valuations, PLLC. Ms. Tribbey has more than 11 years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry and plays a key role in the firm’s eminent domain, litigation support, and complex valuation assignments. 

Her responsibilities include scoping appraisal assignments, conducting field inspections, performing complex market research, coordinating project communications, and assisting with appraisal report preparation and administrative review. Ms. Tribbey’s experience includes appraisal assignments completed in compliance with USPAP, FDOT Supplemental Standards, and the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (“Yellow Book”). 

Ms. Tribbey has assisted with the successful completion of numerous eminent domain and right-of-way projects throughout Florida involving transportation and public infrastructure improvements. Her experience includes partial acquisitions, easement valuation, and complex property analysis associated with hundreds of acquisitions over the course of her career. 

Ms. Tribbey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and holds the State of Florida Certified General Real Estate Appraiser designation.
